CAF Note dated June 20,2020 – The following documents were sent to us by a health care worker in Chicago – their understanding is they were circulated through hospitals in the Chicago area. Checking the links on the documents below, they do not work. Appreciate anyone in the Chicago area confirming whether or not these are authentic. I have requested a confirmation on June 23, 2020 from Northwestern that Dr. Yancy circulated this. Backdating post for now.
