The Outlaw Josey Wales is a 1976 American Western film set during and after the American Civil War. Directed by and starring Clint Eastwood, the movie portrays the price of violence and war while giving us a hero who stands up for justice. Now is a good time to be reminded of the many blessings of justice.
In 1996, the movie was deemed “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant” by the United States Library of Congress and selected for preservation in the National Film Registry.
