Travel Recommendations:
In case you fly in on Saturday March 15, our advice would be to book a hotel in the vicinity of Lage Vuursche, or stay in one of the larger neighboring cities (Utrecht or Hilversum). The latter two will have more options. Uber is widely available in all of the aforementioned areas. Check out 9292 (https://9292.nl/en/) to see which trains to take from the airport to either Utrecht or Hilversum.
Alternatively, the venue (Code 49) offers rooms at EUR 150/night. Be aware that these rooms have shared bathrooms. Please reach out to ricardo@solari.com if you’d like to make a reservation for this option.

• GUESTS: Subscribers may bring one close family member, such as a spouse or adult child, who would be interested in and comfortable with the open conversations that Solari subscribers enjoy.
• CHECK-IN: Please make sure to check in at the door. We will need to confirm that only subscribers and accompanying family members are in attendance.
• NO DEVICES: Our goal is to achieve an intimate atmosphere where you can speak freely, so please leave phones, tablets, and any other recording or communication devices in your car. If you wish to take pictures at the close of the event, please only do so with permission of the people involved.
• PRIVACY: Please respect the privacy of the other subscribers and their guests. Do not quote them outside of the event without their permission. The Chatham House Rule applies to all in attendance.
• MANNERS: We are a well-mannered group. However, on the off chance that someone comes who is not, we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who violates these policies and/or who may compromise the safety, security, and productive discussion of our subscribers.
