Continuing our recent trend of highlighting the heroic treasures in our midst, this week’s Hero is John Titus, whose blockbuster series, The War for Bankocracy: Unmasking the Hidden Power of Central Banks, made its debut at Solari last week.
John’s professional training as both an electrical engineer and attorney, along with his deep understanding of monetary history and his ability to analyze and decipher current events through that historical lens have enriched the Solari Report in myriad ways, whether as Catherine’s co-host on Money & Markets or as author of three major Solari Report Wrap Ups. In those reports, John elegantly broke down the Going Direct Reset, explained the ramifications of CBDCs and similar digital tools (including their programmability), and sounded the alarm about the erosion of national sovereignty. Displaying his knack for zeroing in on the essentials and outlining a theme that he returns to in The War for Bankocracy, he wrote in Sovereignty, “There is some legal reason to believe that money issuance is not just an important sovereign power, but the defining sovereign power.”
The War for Bankocracy follows on 15 years of equally hard-hitting and colorfully-titled video work, including the Mafiacracy Now series at BestEvidence. John also wrote and produced the 2012 dark-comedy documentary Bailout, which examined the impact of the foreclosure crisis on the American people.
In an era of soundbites and censorship, we particularly appreciate John’s skills in retrieving memory-holed archival materials, his willingness to take his time to “do it right,” his unfettered indignation about corporate and government criminality, his understanding and appreciation for the U.S. Constitution, and his sense of humor, which helps Catherine and the rest of us keep our “state of amusement.” Each time John is about to release a new video, there is a huge sense of anticipation because we know that once again, he is going to knock it out of the park.
