As the cold and winter arrive in the mountains of Western North Carolina, those affected by the Helene catastrophe, many still living in tents, need continued support and especially heaters. Operation Mountain Relief, coordinated by Bud McCall and Wayne Allred from the Appalachian Navy and a group of churches in Western North Carolina, are responding to this need.
