“Home Alone—a great way to laugh at the bad guys getting theirs.” ~ Catherine Austin Fitts

Macaulay Culkin’s breakthrough film, which catapulted him into the realm of the most prominent child stars in history, also achieved the remarkable feat of being the top-grossing movie of 1990 and one of the most triumphant releases of its era. John Williams’ film score for the movie also earned Oscar nominations, while this heartwarming story was continued in four more films in the series.

Home Alone is a widely acclaimed and adored comedy that revolves around the misadventures of Kevin McCallister, a delightful and expressive young boy portrayed by the talented Macaulay Culkin. As the youngest member of his family, Kevin finds himself unintentionally abandoned when his loved ones embark on a holiday trip to France during the festive Christmas season. Left to his own devices, he embarks on a journey of self-reliance and ultimately must protect his residence from two inept burglars (one of whom is played by the Oscar-winning Joe Pesci), using an array of cleverly devised homemade traps.

We suggest taking the opportunity during the holidays to gather the entire family and enjoy this together!

“Bless this highly nutritious microwavable macaroni and cheese dinner and the people who sold it on sale. Amen.” ~ Kevin McCallister, 8 years old, Home Alone
